Insurance & Payment Info
We accept most major health insurance (PPO and HMO), worker's compensation insurance, and automobile med-pay insurance.  Insurance covers all the therapies we offer and we process all paperwork surrounding the insurance billing.

For those patient's who need care but do not have insurance, we offer reasonable cash rates and accommodating payment plans.
